Kenneth Kiersey

Kiersey was the head architect for the Bank of Ireland. His appointment was mentioned in the Architects Journal of September 3 1959 by Niall Montgomery as “A cartoon in a daily paper showed College Green swarming with architects staring at the Bank’s facade, and at a thin column of black smoke ascending from it.
