1921 – No.2 Eden Quay, Dublin

A good early 20th century building dating from after the destruction of the area in the 1916 Rising. A symmetrical façade allows for an entryway into Old Abbey Street which runs behind Eden Quay.
The new building Nos 2 and 3 Eden Quay is nearing completion. The ground floor front and all the dressings to the other three floors are in Ballyknocken granite. Mr T.J. Cullen is the architect. Messrs G. and T. Crampton, Ballsbridge are the contractors.
