McDonnell Dixon & Downes

The architectural partnership of McDonnell & Dixon was often referred to as McDonnell Dixon & Downes during the years 1928 to 1935 when J.V. Downes joined the remaining partner William Dixon after the death of McDonnell. Downes left on 29 September 1935 to start his own office.
