Described as being in the “American style” and constructed between 1899-1901, this large warehouse was coal merchant Alex King,
Built by the Londonderry & Lough Swilly Railway Company as part of the Buncrana to Carndonagh section of the narrow gauge railway line which opened on the 1st of July 1901 and closed in December 1935.
Designed by William Hague & completed under supervision of T.F. McNamara in a Victorian neo-Gothic style on a site overlooking the town.

Opened in 1901, and completing destroyed during the air raids on Belfast in 1941. Later the congregation rebuilt on the Cliftonville Road.
