1840s – Gateway, Loughgall Manor, Co. Armagh

The main gates were manufactured in 1842, but there is no architectural similarity between the gateway lodges and the main house. The lodges and piers are quite an ornate Tudor style with different varieties of stone used decoratively, and carvings atop the columns an houses. In comparison the house is quite severe. In good condition today.
