1962 – Norwich Union House, Fountain Street, Belfast

Constructed for Norwich Union in the early 1960s, built on a vacant WWII bomb site. A six storey retail and office building extending to c.37,000 sq ft. Along Castle Street, the upper three storeys are set back. Demolition started in late 2025.
