The church was built in 1877 situated on Pendennis Road, Streatham. In 1972, when the Presbyterian and Congregational churches merged,

In 1882 the parochial committee instructed G. H. Fellowes Prynne to prepare designs for the completion of the church.

Constructed of a purple brick with red brick and stone dressings and tile roof. The entrance has a flight of stone steps leading up to panelled doors crowned by a segmental hood framing a moulded tympanum.
