St. Mary’s was originally a neo-Gothic church designed by J. J. McCarthy. The foundation stone was laid in 1862.

1874 – Burnham House, Dingle, Co. Kerry

Architect: J.F. Fuller

Originally a three-storey, seven bay Georgian block of around 1790. It was later enlarged by the addition of two-storey wings.

1877 – Presentation Convent, Dingle, Co. Kerry

Architect: J.J. McCarthy & C.J. McCarthy

The main building was constructed in 1877 to designs of J.J. McCarthy under the supervision of his son C.J.
