Substantial corner bank building for the Munster and Leinster Bank, later part of AIB. Recently in use as a restaurant. Relatively plain upper levels with limestone facade at street level and decorative panels of the bank initials and the crests of the two provinces.
Fine stone and brick Georgian house of around 1830 with later banking hall adjoining added around 1900.
A fine large brick faced warehouse that was originally built as a four storey over basement building.
With a long sandstone elevation to the street, this three-storey office block was built in stages between 1900-1919. The building was the administration and drawing office centre for the Harland &
Germany’s first railway line ran between Nuremberg and neighbouring Fuerth. Today Nuremberg is an important station servicing local routes and high speed ICE routes.
Designed as the nurses’ home for Royal City of Dublin Hospital on nearby Baggot Street,
Ornate Victorian hotel with retail units at ground level. The building was largely rebuilt and extended during 1910-11 after a large fire.
