1928 – National Bank, Strand, Rd., Derry Architect: James P. McGrath Branch for the National Bank, now Bank of Ireland. Still in use today and well maintained.
1960s – Extension to Technical School, Derry, Co. Derry Architect: 1960s extension to early 20th century building for Derry technical School. Now obscured by 21st century extensions.
