Architecture practice of Desbury, of Henry Holtom and John Wreghitt Connon (1849-1921). Connon later formed Chorley & Connon with Charles R. Chorley in 1885. Holtom went in to design Dewsbury Town Hall, built from 1886 to 1889 with George Arthur Fox
