A blast from the past that recently turned up on the twitterfeed… by artist Robert Ballagh. As the point was made, it sometimes seems that things haven’t changed very much. Of course they have, we certainly aren’t back in the bad old days of the 1970s and early 80s when the destruction of the city centre was breathtaking.
