Stamping House, Lower Yard, Dublin Castle

Came across a mention of an unrealised plan for the Lower Yard. When the OPW was planning the offices in the Lower Yard, designed by Frank Du Berry, there was a proposal for an elevated walkway link between the old buildings and the new. It would have cut across the Palace Street entrance.
Needless to say the IGS, RIAI, An Taisce and the Dublin Civic Group had a collective conniption, and the plan was amended.
Anyone ever see a plan or elevation?
