This relatively large bathroom is in a hotel.

But the use of space here is really wierd,
– the bathrobe hangs on the door, showing very well here how little clearance there is when the door opens.
(It is a double room, folks, so a whack on the knees can happen)

To make it worse, look at where the toilet roll holder is positioned, making it night impossible to use the loo in a conventional way. You actually have to sit sideways, if any fatter than a stick insect.

Bet no one looked at the plans. And the strange thing is the bathroom is fairly large, just badly planned.
