What kind of solar power are you talking about?
Water Heating or PV cells?If it saved money on energy bills then I would pay more.

B&Q in the UK are now selling solar packs which you can mount on your roof. In China, almost every public apartment building has solar water heaters which work quite well.

I would pay more, but if I was buying from you, I would need to see a one page report on how much money I would save per year compared to if the house was traditionally built. Mind you, developers are making so much money lately, that I don’t see how you could raise the price of a house so I guess my real answer is, I would buy your energy efficient house before I bought a traditional house for the same price!!
