      Does anyone know the type/name of surface used on the approach to traffic lights – the sandy coloured, anti-skid aggregate. Is it commerciallyl available ?? I think something similar was used on Clarke Square, Collins Barracks …

      Or any other alternatives to tar macadam or asphalt surfaces on a slope (but not paving)

      Any help much appreciated … :confused:

      It was mentioned in a thread entitled something like ‘road surfaces’ or something (I started it but can’t remember 😮 ) Can’t find it at the min in the search, if you want to try, I think someone described what it was & the name.
