Old journals

I know we live in the electronic age, but should anyone still be attached to the printed word, the UCD architecture library at Richview is getting rid of much of its stock of duplicate journals- AJ, Plan, RIBA, Country Life (and many more…). Mostly 1970s and 1980s, though some more recent. Some of the RIBA ones are great just for their funky covers. They’re stacked on a table in the main room. Just pretend you’re staff or a student.
If you weren’t already planning a friday ‘research trip’ to the library, maybe now’s the time? 🙂
