Hi Folks,
Am working on a project related to infill in established suburban areas in DL/R. Anyone recommend any particularly good or bad examples of such in the area?one really good one I can think of is the corner development at Oliver Plunkett Road, Monkstown Farm built for empty nesters, it was featured on one of Duncan Stewarts shows…
would be grateful for any suggestions recieved..

Here is a thread that discussed landmark buildings. I submitted a photomontage of an infill site proposal in Dun Laoghaire. It is close to the centre of the town, so it might not be suburban enough for you, but see what you think:
