Extension to the Hugh Lane

Saw a model in the civic offices on wood quay today (dated June 2002) Designed by Gilroy McMahon. Looks interesting

The extension is located to the rear of 20/21 Parnell Square (two houses [protected structures] to the right of the entrance to the Hugh Lane-to be refurbished as part of the proposal)
The only thing that disappoints is the Ubiquitous glazed link.
Didn’t Look great on the Model but on checking paul’s photos of Charlemont House the structure already exists to the right of the facade. Presumably the plan is to Glaze what is in Brick already.
Model is at 1:200 located on the opposite side of the atrium from the planning desk (south side)
