There is a standard clause re returning the building to it’s original condition Unfortunately it is a 50 year lease and no documents / photos exist wrt it’s original condition We’re hoping to avoid “going legal” and I was wondering if anyone has experience of such a situation or advice on how to proceed Many thanks August 20, 2004 at 12:04 am #745348 AnonymousParticipant Enforce the clause by whatever means necessary, a lease is a legally binding contract, if the clause is clear the burden of costs are equally clear.
