Looks logical enough, all the new buildings are in the pavillions s/c surface car park and accross the dual carrige way its a field at present surrounded by houses and industrial estates.
Only question is when would you be likely to see this in the current climate? 2030? 0 groth and no Metro for about 5 years. The Capital of Fingal will not be growing for a while. Also most of the units in the pavillions s/c extension are still empty.
This plan could also kill main street if they built it too soon, Too many ‘Bookies’ there already!
