Hi
My neighbour has recently started building a small 1200sq ft house and outbuildings..no objections from me. However I went away on hols and returned to find my trees and hedging removed, and concrete pipes for excess water in my ditch. These will be covered up. Enforcement notice has been issued re trees but not the pipes in the ditch. I understand that boundary issues are a civil matter but compliance with pp must include ancillary works and if so it is a Local Authority issue?
