the image of the proposed tower as seen from morehampton rd looking south east is great but are there any other images or art available. the model images are pretty cool too but it would be nice to see some more images of the actual proposal in its location.
also the coolred idea – if any info or images are available where can they be found?

      Came across this:

Uninspiring does not even come close. This is another design from Shay Cleary to go with the Benidorm-ish Santry Cross in Ballymun. If this is the standard of architecture we’re going to get I can see the doors being snapped shut on high-rise for another twenty years.

Is Shay Cleary Mr Mid Rise in Ireland? This Pearse St development, Benidorm Cross, and County Hall Redevelopment…?

Has anyone appealed the decision of the city council to grant this building permission? Has it been given the all clear to go ahead?

      I like that design.

Where exactly is this going to be? I’m not a Dublin native, so which other “famous” buildings is it near?

Buck, It is opposite the old Bolands Mill and the Millenium Tower apartments. Incidentely, I think it is a pity that the photomontage did not include Gallery Quay as it is going to look when it is completed. I think it hard to imagine that building outside the context of that development.

Oh! I was thinking and hoping it was near Millenium Tower. 🙂

      Thanks.
