I have obtained a planning permission to convert the garage to the side of my house (15sqm) and to build a new bedroom and bathroom over the garage (15sqm). I now wish to build this. However I also wish build an extension to the rear of the house which would be planning exempt.
Can I build this planning exempt extension at the same time as I am buildings the extension for which I received planning permission
Also how do I calculate the maximum area I am allowed to build planning exempt?
Do I include the area of the garage when calculating the additional area to the house?
i.e is the area of the planning exempt extension I am allowed to build to the rear (40sqm-15sqm) or is it (40sqm -30sqm)?
