Brass tax (or polycarbonate levies)

How much are people willing to pay pre-thesis architects. I hear good things and bad things but whats the general level i could hope to earn in this country and elsewhere on the continent?

Looking at having a spate of interviews after the holidays and would appreciate any hints to guide me in that magical moment where i’m asked, “so exactly how much do you think you’re worth to this company?”. Oh the thought makes me shiver.
