Architect required for domestic extension

I am looking to engage an architect to produce planning & working drawings for a proposed house extension in Irishtown, D4. It’s a terraced 2 story 1930’s artisan dwelling with a fairly recent single story kitchen/bathroom extension to rear. Like other houses in the area I’d like to further extend and build over this extension to provide additional living space. The budget is small at approx €150 per ft for 450ft excluding fittings and fees. I have a trusted building contractor already on board. The reason I’m posting here is that I’ve pain in my face telephoning through the RIAI lists only to find the architect has minimum budget criteria of €150K+ . .Whether you are interested yourself or can direct me to someone who might be, I’d love to hear from you.
