Hi All,
I Work for an Event Mangemnt company based in Dublin 4.
We have been approached by a client looking for a suitable, prestigious venue to launch a luxury car.
The Launch would be on the Nov 28th /29th 2007. We will also consider other dates. (late I know)
There would be 5 cars, a large stage set, a theatrical reveal, a lot of lights,
350 guests and food. We look after all elements and return venue as found.
Would you know, or have a contact to any such venue within the city centre? Somewhere different, even a venue that may consider a one off event?
I thought if anyone would know of such a venue, this would be the place to look!
Best regards,
Dan. -

Hi,
There are dealerships nationwide. Their primary market is in Dublin. Thanks for your interest.

BMW launched one of their cars in Meeting House Square in Temple Bar before. Covered it with a marquee type thing and lots of heaters. You could also see if there was room in CHQ in the IFSC which is largely empty but I’m not familiar with the internal layout they finally used

The Dáil Chamber. They ought to be on their Christmas recess by then and some could stick around as many seem to be from the car lobby anyway.

Croke Park
Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, wide open spaces, temporary driving surface over the grass areas
Parachuttes BIG balloons, lasers, all possible……. Big vista and “rent a crowd”Depending on the car, – Bond Theme, Fantastic (Macnas etc.) Other environment (fog machine/snow maker)
could be really interesting
If none of that is possible launch it in already constructed spaces Henrietta Street, tight good copy, close to city centre, Meeting House Square, tight close to city….
