That seems to be a good compromise – there’s no point in attempting a rebuild if there’s only fragments remaining, as disappointing as it is.
Con’s pictures are rather pleasing 🙂 – I wonder have all the masonry elements been salvaged at this stage, or do they mostly reside to the front of the building: the part that has yet to be knocked?
