It’s not this building I presume given your description, but I think I know the one you mean – very fine.

And perhaps not what you’d exactly describe as beautiful, and one of the oldest ones in the book I know, but Roches is a fine block of a building to quote ctesiphon 😉 – and probably the only building I know of where white aluminum works reasonably well in places 😮
