I don’t live in DL but I was out there last weekend and it’s a fantastic site. ok, it’s a derelict hole at the moment but what makes it great is the scale and the fact that, in its day, it enhanced the coastline rather than a monolith that blocks it out and transfers that view into the pockets of those with €2m to spend on an apartment
