I think that Richmond Street South (from Rathmines bridge at canel to the start of Camden Street) is a disgrace – particularly so when it has such potential and occupies such an important entrance to the city centre.
There’s a huge planning application in at the moment to rebuild the whole derelict section of Richmond Street – i.e. from the laneway Gordon Place almost right down to Harcourt Road (two whole blocks).
