There’s a huge planning application in at the moment to rebuild the whole derelict section of Richmond Street – i.e. from the laneway Gordon Place almost right down to Harcourt Road (two whole blocks). The architecture is standard noughties Dublin infill, by those prolific purveyors of same, HKR Architects. It’s on Additional Information at the moment. Details:
