Hmm, probably moving kitchen, building new bathroom,utility and transforming previous kitchen to bedroom ,but those are my ideas , looking for someone to advise on maximising space and plans, or anything to point me in right direction, for instance
does an architect simply provide plans or oversee from start to finish
Is it too small a job for most (and builder does this) or do some specialise in the domestic market
Are architects /designers prices beyond most personal budgets

As ive never built, extended, or had any reason to connect with the building/architecture/designer world before I have no knowledge and to be quite honest have found such information VERY difficult to find.
