14th C. – Almudaina Palace, Palma, Mallorca, Spain Architect: Pere Salva This was the Muslim palace of the Banu Ganiya, at the edge of the port. The building was converted into a palace at the beginning of the 14th century on the orders of kings Jaume II.

17th C – Consulado del Mar, Palma, Mallorca, Spain Close to “La Lonja”, with an outstanding Renaissance gallery of 17th century. Today this building is the seat of the autonomous government.
