I have been parking my car on the South Mall for years. Its not mine. Pat Kenny found out to his cost that adverse possesion claims can be costly,There is a perfect system to acquire ownership of land in existance. You agree a price with the owner, you give him that amount along with a percentage to the Government of the country ,who in return register you as the owner. Those who try to hold those who legally own land up to ransom should be held in contempt and thankfully our Courts are mainly unsympathetic to those who try to oust others from their land.
