Got to agree that Richmond Road is hard to beat.
Dorset Street runs it fairly close and must be a ghastly introduction to Dublin coming from the Airport. Tells you all you need to know about our attitude to the built environment, no two premises much giving a damn about relationships – either of the ground floor to any higher floors – or to the building next door.

Hawkins Street has one side of horror, sticky pavements and oil leaks from the generations of buses parked there. Only the odd back of the Gas company disqualifies it.

Pearse Street for reasons already stated and the new work by TCD does not seem likely to improve it either.
Nice streets – much of the Pembroke & Rathmines ex RDC’s streets for housing. Dawson & Kildare Streets but it is a harder call.
