This two-storey brick building was built in 1919 as a branch of the Union Bank of Canada.
The building was acquired by the Bank of Toronto after the absorption of the Union Bank by the Royal Bank of Canada in 1925.
A fine small classical revival building with heavy baroque terracotta to the rear of the earlier tower.
