1900 – Former Belfast Bank, No. 86 Talbot St., Dublin Architect: Frederick G. Hicks Building refaced in Doulting limestone and completed in August 1900. Demolished to make way for the rear block of the Irish Life Center.
1908 – Varian Brush Fctory, Talbot Street, Dublin Architect: James H. Webb Demolished to make way for the Irish Life Centre which stretched through from Abbey Street.
1930 – National Bank, Talbot Street, Dublin Architect: Fuller & Jermyn All traces of the bank are now gone, the building having been extended into the neighbouring one at one time,
