Arguably, the city centre ban on 5 axle HGVs has worsened conditions for cyclists on the quays.

weehamster- I disagree. The only way to ensure real safety for cyclists is to take cars off the road. As that’s not going to happen (any time soon, at any rate) alonso’s post is spot on.
