I believe that a pm office would benefit the valuers company financially as well as servicing the client by means of one stop shop, If Project Management is not adopted by General Practitioners companies then it will be taken over by foreign companies who have already spotted the gap in the market. China alone has 600,000 project managers ready to be certified. we need to act now.
