I welcome your sentiments. I feel that it is important for all Architectural Technicians to take an active role in improving their Profession. We are a young Profession and we need to inform the public of our position within the Construction Industry. We need to promote our profession. We need to make contact with all the financial institutions, Government departments and the Law Society. We need to develop a national organisation that can represent us at all levels, in Ireland.
We need to forge strong links with other Professional organisations representing Architects, Engineers, Surveyors etc.
There are many changes on the way.
We need to stand together and become Proactive, rather than reactive!
I look forward to an honest and open debate about our future. I would welcome any positive ideas.
