Wow, it’s definitely about time. Not the nicest location..the height and width of teh road really seperate the two pavements completely.
I hope the front of the building will be kept, as it’s one of the better ones in a fairly crap lot.

The flats on the far side of the road and across the far side of the canal are quite nice, as Dublin’s flats go. And given some of the stuff nearby in Summerhill too.
