Options to above question – “It’ll take more time to build the bridge” than

A it took to rezone adjacent lands, thus resulting in the junction (J15) being here in the way that it is.

B it has taken to already have a dual carriageway spawned off J15, westbound.

C it has taken to route the Luas extension to an area unconnected with the Dart, as opposed to following the original Harcourt route to Shankill Dart line

D All of the above
