DUN Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has been accused of ignoring public opinion following the recent adoption of its original proposals for a coastal enhancement scheme as an objective of the county development plan.

er i don’t quite get this but it seems that the council have voted in an old form of words into the general lap, which don’t take into the account the public submissions on their plans for the baths, but the council says this doesn’t really matter :/ hmmm
