1. ‘Significant works’ should have already commenced in order for the Planning Authority to extend the duration of the planning permission.
2.The current owner should also have requested an extension on the planning permission at the start of the this year under the terms of th P&D Act 2000 if no significant works have been undertaken. I would get in touch with the local planning office.
