The old towers are going to have to be dismantled piece by piece now because of asbestos…. that has gotta put a halt to developer’s gallop for a while… people will naturally be wary of buying in an area where there may be asbestos particles flying around for a while…. and empty derelict towers won’t be that visually appealing to buyers…
