Grimshaw Architects have received full planning approval for City Quays 2, the second building planned as part of their City Quays masterplan for Belfast Harbour’s Clarendon Dock.
The proposed new development consists of the construction of a six storey office building with roof plant level and with lower ground floor accommodation with a gross floor area of 12,733 sqm all above a double basement car park with a gross floor area of 4,870 sqm.
