The Oxford Brookes course in the UK accepts Irish students, two friends of mine both started the course. As far as I know, there is an interview amoung other criteria so you can be accepted. And you need to have tutors (i think its two), one in your workplace, the other outside, to act as your tutors for the duration of the course.
