1750c – Allenstown House, Co. Meath

A large five-bay, four-story house built in or around 1750 by William Waller. The final owner was Vice-Admiral Arthur William Craig who assumed the surname Craig-Waller when he inherited the property in 1920 from a distant relative.In the late 1930s the property was sold to the Irish Land Commission, the estate broken up, and the house demolished in 1938.
