Ceremonial gates to welcome the Papal Legate to the City of Dublin for the 1932 Eucharistic Congress. Cardinal Lorenzo Lauri was formally welcomed here by the Lord Mayor of Dublin. Constructed of wood and canvas, but quite detailed with decorative Romanesque archways over the pavements.
