mystery belfast office building

There's a potentially handsome sixties office building that's been for sale at the city end of the Lisburn road in Belfast for at least a year now. It's 4/5(?) stories high, has strong vertical concrete elements in front of its glazing, is on a high position on your right as you head out of town (just past the fringes of queens, with the city hospital behind it).
It looks pretty neglected, and hasn't been occupied for some time. There are gig posters and hoardings all over the ground floor. I think it's being sold through Collier CRE, but it's not on their website.

Anyone know anything about this building?
